The Partnership for Hope helps people who help people.
We bring non-profit organizations, churches and other faith-based ministries, foundations, businesses, schools and social care agencies together to meet the needs of struggling people in our communities.
Since our inception in 2011, we've fostered dozens of collaborative programs, events and new community initiatives, come alongside hundreds of partner organizations, mobilized thousands of volunteers and provided over $7 million in resources to help close to 25,000 people.
But we're just getting started. Here are just some of the things we're doing now:
+$6.8 million in home and baby items, clothing, food & other basic needs
+$150,000 in technology services to help other organzations help people
+30 new collaborative programs and events in our communities
+1,200 community leaders brought together to tackle critical issues
We're continuing efforts to help the homeless, building collaborative efforts to provide millions of dollars in basic needs and developing an exciting new technology platform to help communities come together to care for people in need.
Basic Needs
The Partnership for Hope has provided millions of dollars in housewares, baby items, furniture, clothing, food and other essentials to thousands of people through relationships with businesses and dozens of our partner organizations. But we're expanding those efforts in significant ways with new retailers and non-profits that have fostered efforts to provide over $21 billion in donated basic needs. FindHelp
FindHelp is a transformative technology that connects struggling people with resources and programs in their local community. Available to anyone who is simply looking to help, the FindHelp website and smart phone app make it possible for our partner organizations and mentors to come alongside the people in their care with the assistance they need from over 600,000 agencies and community programs and work together to help people emerge from poverty.
ShareHelp
We're in the process of developing ShareHelp, a new cloud platform that equips grass roots community and faith-based organizations with a comprehensive set of tools to launch, fund, manage and grow their social programs. It also offers communications tools and other capabilities to our network of social care organizations, providing a way for our partners to work together on an ongoing basis to provide comprehensive care to people in need.
